Refund Policy
All Sales Final on Consumable Goods Due to the nature of coffee and food products, all coffee sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used coffee products.
Damaged or Defective Orders If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at events@carenavigationsolutions.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Incorrect Orders If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at events@carenavigationsolutions.com and we'll send the correct product at no charge.
Merchandise (Apparel & Gear) Unopened/unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable.
